Filmmakers will be notified if they were selected or not by August 1, 2013.
Since our first year in 2010, our all volunteer submission team reviewed over 800 submissions from 34 countries.
Our event program usually contains between 90-100 films. We usually program between 1/4 – 1/2 invited films. Only films submitted are eligible for awards. Submitted films are watched by at least three members of our screening committee who then make our official selections. Official Selections are then juried. Read more about our jurors. Invited films are curated by our programming staff and not juried.
Filmmakers who request their screening feedback can receive comments from our screening committee in the categories of production value, creativity/content and choice for the festival.
